邓新华,博士,美国加州大学伯克利分校物理系博士后,南昌大学物理系教授,博士生导师,江西省中青年骨干教师,教育部学位中心特聘专家,河北、宁夏、安徽、山西等省科技高新技术领域重点研发计划项目关键核心技术评审专家。美国光学学会会员,国际SCI光学权威期刊《Opt. Lett.》、《Opt. Express》及《Optical Materials Express》及国内《Chinese Physics Letters》和《物理学报》特邀审稿人,IEEE光电工程与信息科学国际会议程序委员会委员,毫米波国家重点实验室和光电材料与技术国际重点实验室客座研究员。现主要从事纳米超快光学、石墨烯及类石墨烯二维材料光学特性、太阳能光伏、LED、光子晶体、特异材料、超构表面及非线性光学的基础和应用研究。

先后主持参与省级、国家级项目10多项,省科技厅鉴定的科技成果2项。主持完成的项目“光在非均匀特异材料中的传播与调控”荣获江西省高校科技成果二等奖。主持完成的项目“新型人工微结构电磁材料对光的操控及其应用研究”荣获江西省科学技术三等奖。近年来在国内外刊物和会议上发表论文70多篇,其中SCI收录60多篇;分别刊登在《Phys. Rev.A》、《Optics Express》、《New J. Phys.》、《Europhys. Lett.》、《J. Opt. Soc. Am. B》、《J. Appl. Phys.》、《Appl. Phys. B: Lasers O.》、《J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys.》、《J. Phys.: Condens. Mat.》、《J. Opt.》、《物理学报》和《科学通报》等国内外权威刊物上。
