报告人简介：

Alexander N. VTYURIN, graduated from Krasnoyarsk State University (now Siberian Federal University) in 1978 with honor diploma, Ph. D. “Optical Properties of Incommensurate Phases of the K2SeO4 Family Ferroelectric Crystals” in 1981 at Kirensky Institute of Physics, Krasnoyarsk, Dr. Sci. “Raman Scattering Study of the Structural Phase Transitions in Dielectric Crystals with Molecular Groups” in 2002 at Kirensky Institute of Physics, Krasnoyarsk. Now Principal Scientist at Kirensky Institute of Physics SB RAS, Krasnoyarsk, and Head of Photonics and Laser Technologies Dept. at Siberian Federal University.

Scientific research interests: optical and spectral properties of dielectric crystals, Raman, IR spectroscopy and nonlinear optics in ferroelectric, molecular, incommensurate, and disordered systems, structures and macroscopic properties of crystals, lattice dynamics, phase transitions. More than 300 publications, including 3 monographs (in Russian), more than 100 indexed at WoS, h = 11.
